Welcome to Dandelions To The Wind.  This blog was opened a couple of years ago.  I decided I really didn't have much to post that anyone would want to read so I deleted everything, not once but probably three times.

Recently, after receiving a $62 bill from my phone company for the privilege of having a lan line and DSL internet, I decided to try something new.  For a small amount I could add Hotspot to my T Mobile service.  Since I get a good signal, I thought I would give it a try.  It seemed to work wonderful.  I was so thrilled. It was heaven.  There were no more calls from people wanting to sell me burial plots, tell me there is nothing wrong with my credit card but..., or scare me into buying a home security system.  I was thinking "Wow, no more political robo calls.  I was feeling so good. Also, now I could post pictures to Facebook from the farm or other places we were camping as long as I had a signal.

Yesterday I tried posting the pictures for the 50th Wedding Anniversary.  They would not post.  I spent hours on the phone with T Mobile today.  They have the best customer service people I have come across.  They were very nice and patient with someone who knows very little about computers and the internet.  They could not find a problem.  My nephew, Nick tried to help me also.  Nothing worked.   My husband was giving me this "I told you so look" everytime he walked through the room.  I was more determined than ever to try and figure it out.

Then a little light bulb came on and said "see if you can post a picture to your blog".  How was I going to do that?  I had deleted everything and I figured it was gone.  Well, it wasn't and that is how the pictures all ended up here.  And that is how I ended up reopening this blog.

I am going to try and make it work this time.  I don't have anything important to share but maybe you will come visit once in awhile when you have read everything on Facebook and check me out here.  I just love to take pictures and I love to share them with others in the hope that maybe there will be something in them that brings back a memory or makes you smile.  They aren't professional by any means.  Most are just things that I find beauty in such as old buildings, landscapes, sunsets, animals and so much more.  I have a page on Facebook called Scattered To The Wind which replaced this blog when I shut it down.  It has many of my photos posted there.  The above picture was taken at our farm as the sun set behind the storm clouds.  I always love the effect of the bright sun shining out of the clouds.
